Are these creams safe and effective?
In a study made in London, it was concluded that patient-applied creams are safe and effective in treating genital warts. A clinical study was made involving 700 females across Australia, Africa, America and Europe. Results show that 75% of the women achieved great results. Also, it has been shown that only 15% of these women experienced recurrence six month after the treatment.
Are these creams safe for pregnant women?
Most genital wart creams have not been tested on pregnant women. So it is not advisable to use these creams during pregnancy. If you are planning to get pregnant in the next few months or if you are suspecting that you are pregnant, it is advisable to consult your doctor about this matter before using the cream.
